Refund policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any original artwork.

Art prints may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase date.

Exchanges are subject to approval. Generally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Requests for consideration require the item to be unused and in the original state & packaging it was received in. If an item was damaged in the mail, customer must provide receipt or proof of purchase, in addition to supporting documentation to helloshaz@shazdesignstudio.com for review.

Please note a restocking fee applies for al approved reprints.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Deposits made toward any purchase, including commissioned artwork.
  • Abandoned orders
    • If bill is not paid in full within 30 days, your order will be considered abandoned and will be made available for resale.

Shipping returned goods:

Shaz Design Studio may contract a 3rd party vendor for distribution of some products. In the event of a return/exchange request, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact us directly for next steps. 

We strongly encourage customers to utilize a traceable shipping service and/or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your potential exchange.
