REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase for art prints only, unfortunately we can’t offer you an approval for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your items were damaged in the mail, please send supporting documentation to helloshaz@shazdesignstudio.com. If a re-print is approved, approved there will be a restocking fee applied.

Deposits made toward any purchase.
All deposits for commssioned artwork.
If not paid in full within 30, your original or commission will be considered abandoned and will be available for resale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email or direct message for further instruction.
To complete your exchange for prints only, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please contact the artist directly for next steps.

Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your potential exchange.
If you are approved, then your exhange will be processed. Please allow to 3-5 days for your order to be resubmitted.
If you are shipping, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
