Paint Party Policies
Selection of a painting:
Select your painting by going to private link provided via email.
Password: You will receive the password once your deposit is paid.
Hire for Full Experience Paint Parties:
Additional Guest Accommodation Guidelines: If you have additional guest, they must be confirmed 7 days before your scheduled event. A payment is required to accommodate supplies for those guest, on the 7th day. Any additional guest after that date, 6 days before to the day of your event may not be accommodated for. Please contact Shaz Taylor to ask. If accommodation is possible payment on the day of your event before the event begins for the additional small number of guest may be made then. There is no guarantee guest can be accommodated for the day of your event. Guest paid for is a final sale. If guest do not attend there is no reimbursement for unattended guest. Please confirm your RSVP before in advance for any additional guest. Any guest arriving more than 25 minutes after painting begins forfeits their step by step instruction. They may still paint, but participate will have to catch up on their own. We cannot guarantee our assistants will be able help them catch up to speed with the class. Please make sure your guest arrive on time.
Hire for Instruction only:
We do not provide tables and chairs for your guest to paint. Instruction for class and one example by print or projection of the art selected. + 1 assistant per 10-25 guest. Instruction does not include any paint supply materials, set up, break down, tables, cleanup of any supplies. We do not provide tables, chairs or food/drinks for guest. Over 25 guest a mic is recommended. A space for selling art prints must be provided. Print sells will begin 1 hour before and 1 hour after scheduled class unless noted otherwise. Payment due to instructor is due one week before schedule party. If your party is cancelled you will only be refunded 50% of the deposit for your party. Deposits are the price of 5 guest.
Deposits: The minimum is 10 guest to host at party that is your deposit to book your event. If your party needs to be cancelled you must cancel in writing 10 days before your party. Cancellation 10 days or more before your party you will forfeit is 50% of your deposit. You will not be reimbursed for the amount of 5 guest. If your party is cancelled 9 days thru right before the party, your deposit is in the amount of 100% equal to 10 guest. You will be refunded the remaining balance after 10 guest.
Provided: Instruction for one class and one example by print or projection of the art selected. + 1 assistant per 10-25 guest. We provide and bring to you all the paint, easels, brushes canvas, aprons etc. to complete your painting of choice. We set up all this equipment. We do not provide tables and chairs for your guest to paint.
